The Dive Center

"DivePoint Fuvahmulah”, operated by Shark Expedition, offers you in the remote island of Fuvahmulah all the safety and professionalism you are used to find in all our operations. The ocean-going boat are fully equipped with security features including, radio, satellite phones, GPS, Compass, the Electronic Rescue and Locating System ENOS, the safest equipment on the market to protect our divers from any possibility to get lost. It is absolutely autonomous and does not require support from SAR (Search And Rescue) or Coast Guards. The crew of the dive boat can initiate the rescue operation immediately. A big advantage, especially in remote areas like Fuvahmulah. Divepoint Maldives are the first diving center on Fuvahmulah providing this extra service free of charge. For us your safety matters, always !

All the equipment is brand new and in good condition. Diving regulations are well maintained regurarly in our dive operations. SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.

Electronic Rescue and Locating System ENOS

The boat is equipped with the Electronic Rescue and Locating System ENOS, the safest equipment on the market to protect our divers from any possibility to get lost. ENOS combines GPS-Navigation and Radio Frequency. It is independent of external technologies. It is absolutely autonomous and does not require support from SAR (Search And Rescue) or Coast Guards. The crew of the dive boat can initiate the rescue operation immediately. A big advantage, especially in remote areas like Fuvahmulah. Divepoint Maldives are the only diving center on Fuvahmulah providing this extra service free of charge. For us your safety matters, always !

Guided Dives

As a certified diver, join our daily guided boat dives with small groups: Boat Dives usually take place in the morning and in the afternoon. In the morning two dives can be done at two different diving spots, and in the afternoon a boat trip with 1 dive.
